This garage door comes with 1-3/8" thick polystyrene insulation (6.5 R-value) which provides energy efficiency. I hope this helps.

Yes, it is possible to special order a 10 x 7 garage door that is insulated. The colours that this garage door is available in is white, almond, sandstone, gray, chocolate, hunter green, and desert tan. These doors do come with the hardware required for installation. I hope this helps.
