I have purchased the Heath Zenith Model #SL-6151-C Wireless door chime and I am wondering if it can accept an additional chime/ enunciator station?
If so, what is the cost for thre addtional station?

Yes, the sockets screw into a standard light fixtures’ sockets. This is not a good choice to control recessed pot lighting fixtures, however. The radio signal will not likely be able to get inside the metal canisters. You would be better off to have one of our replacement motion sensor heads mounted to a separate wall box, and have the supply lines from the house and the pot lights taken to that box.

Yes, you can have more than one wireless chime set work with any of our push buttons, as long as the security codes are set the same, which they are from the factory. Any of our wireless chimes can work, the price would depend on the model and the quality of the sound.

There could simply be a defect with that particular chime. I suggest you return it and just get another one. You have a 90 day money back guarantee with your proof of purchase at the Home Depot. If not, contact HeathCo Canada at (416) 255-5333 and request a replacement under warranty as this chime is covered for 1 year from the day of purchase.

Which Heath model has the chime volume control?
I bought the SL-6151 model & was disappointed to find out that this model does not have the volume control. This is suggested as available for each Heath model on the website. I read the packaging for each model I was considering, assuming each one had the feature as described on the Home Depot website. Only after opening the package & reading the manual I find out that it's "available on selected chimes". Can anyone tell me which model or models have the chime volume control? Cost not a huge factor. A plug-in or battery operated model will do but has to be wireless. Thanks.

Is there a way to change the codes? Our neighbour must have same unit, ours rings when they have company!
