Unfortunately this vanity does not come with the vanity top or the faucet. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The inside dimensions of usable space of the drawer is 14.25"D x 21.73"W x 3.13"H. I hope this helps.

I apologize for the confusion. The apron is actually the artificial drawer front above the two doors. Yes, the lower drawer will most likely interfere with your plumbing. Unless your plumbing is directly at the back against the wall, the only modification to the drawer that may work is sealing it shut and creating an opening for plumbing (you would loose functionality of this drawer).

Thank you for your inquiry. To get the antique white finish, it is a 2 step process. The basic "beige" is applied and then a darker lowlight is wiped into the creases of the vanity. For your linen cabinet you could try a similar process. We would suggest you take the drawer over to the paint department at Home Depot. They can help you find the right match and determine the right process for your linen cabinet.
