This vanity does not come with the vanity top or the faucet. The unit however is fully assembled when it arrives. You can purchase this item either online or at the store. Delivery time depends on your location in Canada as it is shipped from Burlington, Ontario. I hope this helps.

Unfortunately it is not recommended that the structure of the vanity be modified. There is a wood panel on the back, bracing the entire unit which supports the granite top you choose.

I’m sorry but this vanity does not come with the top shown. However, it does fit most standard tops. The one shown in the above photo is our Tuxedo Black granite top. It comes with a pre-attached vitreous china undermount sink, back splash, and one side splash.

You are correct - the sink is in the middle. You do not need an offset top for this vanity. Any standard 37" x 22" granite top (such as our black granite top) will fit this unit.

Thank you for your inquiry. Whether the drawers interfere with the plumbing will depend on your existing plumbing. This vanity is available in two different configurations; if your plumbing enters through your right wall you should be able to use the version with the left side drawers. Below is an image of the left-side drawer option.
