Thank you for your inquiry. The top shown with this vanity is sold separately. As mentioned above, this vanity does fit most standard tops (49" wide x 22" deep). I have referenced the one shown below.

This 48" vanity is not actually a custom vanity. It is available through special order at all Home Depot stores and through homedepot.ca. Since we ship out all orders (special order and homedepot.ca orders) within 48 hrs, the actual ETA would depend on your location.
