Leaking storage shed.
I have a storage shed in the backyard and was wondering if this product (White Knight) will seal any leaks in the roof? It leaks around the screw holes and braces?
The shed is the type you would see in a lot of backyards. It's steel and is10+10.

Hi Mikef12
Unfortunately this product will not work for you as this will not stop the leak. You will need something that will stop the leak first, there is a product in store called Roof Repais made by Black Knight and that would help.

This product is meant to be a top coat as it reflects the sun rays, seals out water and resists cracking and stress for years of weatherproof enjoyment. You can however paint this as it is water based. I hope this helps.

Flexcoat can be applied to metal roofs, asphalt shingles and R.V. roofs and will work on a slightly angled roof.
Coverage will vary with the texture and porosity of the substrate. For use as a roof coating coverage should be 3.78L/32 sq.ft. at 30mil.

once the coating is dry how can it be removed easily, like on aluminum siding. if i use a paint stripper it might take off the base paint on the siding thanks doug

Can White Knight be used on EPDM?
Can White Knight roof coating be applied to a flat EPDM roof that holds about 1/2 inch of water after a rain storm, until it evaporates. The roof does not have gravel over the EPDM. If so, what is the proper application procedure? Thanks.
