This is sold at Home Depot as "an each item in bulk" so you will need to order 40 hinges to complete your job. Please note that these hinges do not come packed with screws. Each hinge requires 8, #5 flat head screws.

Yes this hinge is designed to work with 3 types of applications including the inset version. The hinge is not designed for doors any heavier that 4kgs or 8lbs and adjustment is very minimal.

Sorry for the delay in answering as I was off recovering from surgery and hopefully you have been succesful in the installation of the hinges. The hinge is a 90dg opening hinge that can be used with overlay or inset applications on panels from 5/8" to 3/4" thickness. The easiest way is to install the hinges in the closed postion after you have your door properly aligned to the side gable. This hinge is noted as an "economy' concelaed hinge and you may find the action of them stiff in comparison to the Premium Blum concealed hinge.
