yes it can, Clean and Damp is the best surface. Chissle out a little deeper than wider and fill "flush" with the surface.

What is the best type of applicator.
When applying product the best applicator would be what. Will this product work when the crack or leak is where the wall meets the floor. We are getting water on the 90 degree angle floor and wall.

Hi BobT,
The best type of applicator depends on if you have an active leak or not. For an active leak it is recommended to use your hand with glove on and then a trowel, and for an inactive leak a trowel and maybe a knife for the smaller cracked area. I hope this helps.

can I spray that compound on the whole wall surface or just on the cracks?

Hi Robert,
Unfortunately, you cannot spray this product on the whole wall surface. The reason for this is that it needs to be thick and placed right in the crack. I hope this helps.
