How do you apply this to the deck by brush or spray and will it harm the grass around the deck or contaminate the water in the pool?

You can apply the Cleaner and Brightener with a brush, roller or pump sprayer. It can harm plants and pool water so be sure to cover any area that you dont want to come in contact with the cleaner.

Can this be used on TREX decking?
I'm looking for a cleaner for TREX decking just to do a spring cleaning. Is this the right product?

This product is not recomended for composite decking. It may discolour the surface.
