Zep Bleach Cleaner removes tough stains on hard non-porous surfaces with the clean scent of bleach. For use on: Sinks, countertops, floors, tiles, refrigerators, appliances, fiberglass and tubs. Not for use on: Marble, granite or any natural stone, vinyl, carpeting, clothes, fabric, wood, rubber, painted and paper surfaces.

The two products are not the same as the formulas are different; but they can be used on the same materials. Yes the Zep "Bleach Cleaner Spot & Stain Remover" model: LBLCNOB32BA has been discontinued and the Zep Bleach Cleaner Model: CABC32 is the closest product to it. I hope this helps.
