The wrought iron balusters are installed with 2 screws through the top plate of the baluster into the flat underside of the handrail. The bottom is secured with 2 screws through the holes of the bottom plate into your treads. Both the wrought iron and false treads will definitely compliment each other nicely. They both can be used together.
