The flat electronic control panel has no moving parts to wear down unllke a knob style control panel. As well, the digital control lets you precisely set the cooking temperature. And wiping off the control is panel is fast and easy as there are no knobs to get in the way. Overall the electronic control panel is extremely reliable.
