Low Pressure
I have bought one. Before, the old one was working well. However, this new one is not really working and has really small water flow coming out. Anyone knows how to fix it?

maybe your hoses underneath your sink has a kink in them.

What maybe happening is a blockage in the cartridge or the o-ring at the bottom of the cartridge may have slipped. Rather than change the cartridge on your new purchase, simply return this one to the store and our field team will investigate the problem. Purchase a new unit and please ensure that the box has a small circular sticker grey/blue) next to the model # 533-MNFC on the side of the box.
