What's the difference between this switch and the less expensive models?
This Framed Toggle 3-Way Switch is $7.98 at my store. Home Depot also sells a 15 Amp 3-Way Quiet Wall Switch for $1.78 (http://www.homedepot.ca/product/15-amp-3-way-quiet-wall-switch-ivory/947950 - 30AUG11). From the photos, I see that the wiring screws are in different spots, but they're both 3-way switches, so what's the $6 difference?

The 1103 is actually industrial grade, and subject to higher specifications. It's self grounding, will endure minimum 50,000 cycles, can operate between -40C and 65C, and in the event of an emergency, can withstand 1500V for a minute.
