RIDGID RIDGID 5-Gallon Mini Wheelbarrow Air Compressor

The RIDGID 5-Gallon Mini Wheelbarrow Air Compressor features a powerful induction motor for maximum power and durability, with superior low volt start characteristics. The 5-gallon tank system reduces cycle frequency and delivers more consistent airflow and extra tank capacity. It provides superior pressure and delivers up to 145 PSI and consistently powers fasteners through even the hardest engineered wood (LVL, Microlams & other engineered lumber). An oil lubricated pump provides long life in the toughest jobsite conditions, while the retractable portability handles stay out of the way during storage or operation, but lock in the extended position for transport. A single, 10 In. never flat wheel allows for easy maneuverability in tough jobsite conditions, and a ball valve tank drain valve allows for easy quarter turn opening. Full roll cage and heavy-duty tubing protects critical components on the jobsite and in the truck. Includes compressor, lubricant, oil dipstick, handles (2), Phillips head screws (4), wheel, axle, hitch pins (2), and washers (2).

This compressor gives out 4.4 SCFM at 90 PSI. We do rate for 40 as most air tools are rated at 90 PSI for the pressure they demand.

If the units oil is frozen or firm, then it will have trouble starting. The engine will not crank over and it will shut down to protect itself.
