Question
Would this be something you could use on a basement floor (cement), before putting down laminate for example?
I'm curious as to whether you could put it on top of the cement or if it is to be used like slab heating that is installed before your basement is poured.

the ideal size for a 3*5 section is the 10-15b-120 floro warming roll. It covers 15.25 sft.
The heating wire SHOULD NEVER be cut. Therefore you have to have a continuous line up of the heating element and cannot cut it into pieces for multiple rooms.
