How do you attach the liner to the tab curtain?

It comes with instructions and pieces of fabric. Essentially, there are loops on top of the liner through which you thread the fabric and then tie it around each individual tab. In the beginning, it may take some re-adjusting of the pieces of fabric to get the alignment right but it is easy and quick to do.

This liner is not made for a grommet top curtain it is recommended to use the curtain liner line-a-grommet (please see image below). I hope this helps.
