Yes, the stand and bbq are integrated. The Q300 cannot be used without the stand.

Can the unit be removed from the stand?
I know I'd be unable to put the unit in storage if it was fixed to the stand permanently so want to know if I can have the larger Weber BBQ yet still move the BBQ separate from the stand when I want to store it for winter.

No, the stand is integral to the bbq, and it's not removable.
if you're looking for the q design and features, try the Q220. it's a bit smaller but does not come with the stand. you can get the stand as an accessory, thereby allowing you to store and transport the bbq with ease.

How easy is it to clean this grill?
Hi: I have a Weber Q120 and cleaning the gas tubing is a bit of a bear because the holes where the gas/flame comes out get clogged with soot and other stuff (I have to use a really fine needle to clean them out). Does this unit have bigger holes or is it otherwise easier to clean? Thanks!

Not likely anywhere in Canada. The type of hose and tank depend on the country, as many European countries have different requirements. This may also affect the type of valves on the bbq. The best thing to do is check the gas regulations in the country of interest and then ask questions on that end.

Yes. The Q300 is not a portable bbq like the other members of the Weber Q family. It's a full sized bbq based on the style and design of it's smaller counterparts. The bbq cookbox and stand are integrated.

No, the Q series is designed to work with propane. They are not convertible to natural gas.
