Critter ridder is a hot pepper based product that controls based on taste and sensitivity to nostrils; will not harm animals or humans besides burning hot spice sensation. Product should be spread around outside perimeter of area to be controlled such as a vegetable garden. It is possible for runoff of pepper to be absorbed by roots of edible plants which will affect harvest taste, particularly closer to picking time so pay attention to how land drains during rain and other watering i.e. hose/ irrigation system/ sprinklers...
