Yes you can use it on your cement walls. It might take more than one coat but yes you can use it none the less. Hope this helps.

This paint is an Acrylic Polymer formulation, and it does not come as an Alkyd.

Ultra will work on a ceiling, but since it is textured, a ½” nap roller would be the preferred tool. This will allow the roller to cover both the highs and lows that a textured ceiling has. The room should be ventilated during application, and the paint should be applied with a wet edge.

There are instances where a second coat of Ultra will be necessary, and this is determined by the color that is chosen. Essentially, what the first coat of Ultra does is act like a primer coat. Some colors will achieve full coverage in one coat, and others will require this ‘primer’ coat before they achieve full coverage.

Behr’s Premium Plus Ultra paints can go over an existing finish if the surface is deglossed and clean.

You can paint ceiling tiles, but I would highly recommend contacting the tile manufacturer for recommendations. I would be hesitant to use any paint on the tiles, as they may absorb too much water from the paint and become soggy and be rendered unusable by the paint. They may require an oil based primer be used before painting, but I would refer to the manufacturer before applying any paint.

Behr No. 7750 Interior Satin Enamel Paint will cover between 250-400 square feet per gallon. The spread rate is determined by the texture and porosity of the surface it is applied to, because more porous or rough surfaces will require more paint before full coverage can be achieved.

The ability of Premium Plus Ultra to adhere to an oil based surface is one of the many advantages of using Premium Plus Ultra, as it eliminates the need for a separate primer.

Behr Premium Plus Ultra is a Paint and Primer in one, and can be applied directly to new drywall without the use of a separate primer. New drywall is a very porous surface, and may soak up the first coat of Premium Plus Ultra and make the finish appear non-uniform. This is normal, and so long as the second coat is applied evenly with a 3/8" nap roller and a wet-edge is maintained throughout the application, then the second coat should achieve a uniform coat when dry.

Behr's Ultra paint line offers excellent mildew resistance in all sheens. Oil based paint are typically available in high sheens only.
