Question
Light staying on
As soon as I plug in my fireplace all the lights are coming on, log, flame everything. I have to unplug it when I'm done. Any idea why that is?

It sounds like you need to adjust the switches on the back so that you can use the remote.

If you are getting no heat from the fireplace this is a warranty issue. It may mean that the circuit board is burnt out. Please contact the customer service number below. All fireplaces come with a one year warranty. 1-800-561-5550

not enought heat
Have a Parmount electric fireplace , model DBL-2000-MS, purchased from Home Depot Sept 2007 and find the heat not as warm as expected. Seems to have only one setting on the thermostat, just warm. Fan only blows on Hi setting. Thermostat is set at 8. Is there a replace thermostat available and where to purchase it?

Question
how do the lights come back on?
The lights blew on the bottom, so I replaced them i thought there was just 2 but theres 4, 2 inside the spinning motor and 2 at the bottom, do i have to replace them all before they come back on? because i replaced just 2 and it still dont come on.
