How do you remove them?
Can you use heat from a blowdrier to unstick them from the surface and does that leave marks on the wall?

If one tile gets damaged etc., just use a drill with a regular boring bit and go through the tile. Once through, use a screwdriver in the hole to pop the tile off.

Table saw, circular saw, chop saw. If only making a few cuts, no special blade required. If making many precise cuts, I would suggest a thinner finishing blade.
