How is an over the range microwave connected electrically?
Does an over the range microwave/vent hood have to be hard wired or is there a cord with a standard three prong plug on the end? If there is a plug, do you need a dedicated wall outlet or could it even plug into the appliance outlet on the range?

The required clearance between the top of gas stove and the bottom of this unit is 30". I hope this helps

The max. threshhold for 300 cfm is 7.
Currently, there is no test for each cfm & sones on ratings for JVM1540WMC.
This unit meets the threshold of 7 at the high speed of 300 cfm.
