Difference between Assembled Height and Item Height?
What is the difference between the assembled height (69.5) and item height (74.5) and which one should I use when considering the space it'll fit in?

The assembled height is how tall it is from the back. Since this is a French door fridge, the doors go up a bit higher at the front (item height). The fridge gets taller than 69.5" in the last 6.5" (width). See photo, the flat part is the top of the fridge at 69.5", you will notice the door hinges and the tips of the doors go above that height.

The assembled height is the actual height of the unit. The item height is the height of the unit when packaged. You should use the assembled height when considering the space it will fit in.
