Can this product be used in a unheated building? How much heat will it give in -40 weather. Will it prevent water pipes from freezing?

This product is 15watts per square foot; enough to be used as a primary heat source; yet you will need the best configuration with insulation on floor and walls to make sure it works in your case. You can use our heat loss calculator on WarmlyYours website to determine if it will be working.

Question
how about a 4 season sunroom 21x12ft
I am building a sunroom on the upper bellcony (well insulated floor prob foam insulation)
the wall will be 8" with energy efficient windows. It faces south so lots of sun heat.
Also what flooring is best?? how about vinyl flooring?
