Yes, you can use it in the same space, but since you will be using the same hangers, it will not hold the extra weight capacity, it will still be the original weight limit of 115lbs

No, we do not recommend it be assembled without the monkey bars, it needs to have a balanced playset for stabilization.

answer 2
It is recommended to install the monkey bars and not install this set without them. The reason being that the monkey bars act as a stabilizing factor in the overall balance of the playset. Hope this helps.

Question
How level does the ground need to be? Can you extend the length of 4x4's to level playset
Our backyard has a slope to it. Can I get longer 4x4's where needed to have the platform/playset level?

Purchase of this playset requires the purchase of the support beams anyway, but i would not recommend purchaseing any wood longer than 10' without putting up additional A frames every 8'. Any design change voids warranties.
The ground is required to be level to minimize any structural stresses put on the playset.

answer 2
Several 4x4's are needed for this kit. 4 - 4x4x8 are required for the Tower itself, since the tower doesn't take up much space it would be highly recommended that the base under it be level.

The other 4x4x8's are required for the monkey bar posts and the swing a-frame posts. The monkey bar posts are intended to be sunk into the ground for stability, so you could easily purchase longer posts for that purpose. For the swing a-frame, if you buy longer posts that would also work, as long as the Swing beam is level. This may require you to purchase 1 additional piece of lumber that stabilizes the a-frame since longer posts would mean a wider gap between the posts.

Pressure treated FSC lumber is included for the decking and tower. 4x4x8 and 4x4x10 posts are purchased separately for the swing beam, monkey bars, tower and swing.
