The Jardin Storage Building is a full sized storage solution, featuring simple assembly and all weather design. It includes two opening windows with decorative shutters, skylight and easy access floor panel. It also features decorative doors, wood like finish and UV-protected polypropylene double-wall construction. The Jardin Storage Building does not rust, dent or peel and is maintenance free and lockable for added security. The kit includes all hardware and instructions. Assembly time is approximately 4 hours.

Well the answer also depends on the level of experience you might have working on sheds. However for a new DIY'er, this size shed should take 2 people about 3 hours.

I tried building on a crusher dust base and unless your pad is really really compacted hard and is level then it will not work. I had to build a wood base since the crusher base did not work.

Walls are the thickness of corrugated cardboard only a lot stronger.

Is this item a sensible thing to pick up yourself - or should you pay extra for delivery
I have a Montana Van - into which it would fit (it's in one 465lb box) but it seems rather heavy, even if two people can be used.

My package was delivered to my door in Regina free of charge. It didn't even go to my local store. If this isn't an option for you I would reccommend that you pay the delivery fee, if it isn't too high. It takes two men to move the package (which comes in 3 boxes)

You will definitely need assistance in loading and unloading the shed. Having the shed delivered would be easier, but not a prerequisite.

The doors cannot be installed on the side of the shed - can only be installed as shown in the picture above
