I bought it to cover a wall that is 13'x8' (13 feet long with 8 foot ceilings) and two rolls was exactly enough (with a bit of excess on each strip to allow for trimming it down, etc).

Orders usually ship within 24 - 72 hours if all items in the order are available. If items are backordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery. This roll is 20.5"w x 396". I hope this helps.

Sure, but consider the heat and humidity of your kitchen. Use a glue with a long-lasting seal, and be sure to glue the edges of the paper down well.

If you use a glue suited to your tiles, the wallpaper will adhere. I wouldn't recommend a regular wallpaper paste. Ask your hardware store for a suitable glue.

Yes, I would say it should be painted. It doesn't look absolutely awful plain, but the effect once painted was a million times nicer.

Question
Are the small pores/bumps still visible after painting?
I was very interested in this product and when I saw it in store, I was a little disappointed with the small holes from the foam. Once painted, is it still quite visible? I want to use it in my kid's bathroom, so it will be seen from up close quite often.
