During initial use, you will notice some shedding of the wool pile. This is a common occurrence with any wool product and does not affect the wear-ability of the rug.
- Vacuum regularly without using a rotary brush.
- Rotate your rug 180º every six months to ensure even wear.
- Blot spills immediately with a dry cloth, do not scrub. Use mild soap and water sparingly.
- Professionally clean annually.
