Not quite, you need to attach the blower chute with 2 screws that are provided. Then you need to tighten the handle, 1st loosen off 4 nuts then extend the handle and re-tighten the nuts. 15 minutes at the most.

No, but assemblyt was very simple. The handle bars come folded so these need to be unfloders and locked in place with nuts and bolts.

The chute assembly also has to be attached - again just two bolts for this.

No, not fully assembled. You have to bolt on the handles snow shoot blower. Very easy.

I recently picked up a Sno-Tek 24 Inch Two Stage Snow Thrower and I noticed that while I'm using it, I can see drips of oil in the snow as it's moving forward. What could this be.
