A portable dryer can simply be put on the ground. With stacking laundry, there are 3 options:
1) Washer & Dryer can sit directly on the floor/ground.
2) Washer & Dryer can sit on top of pedestals.
3) Dryer can be stacked on top of the washer using the stacking kit.
