I think the dimensions given online are correct. around 31" deep but you need a little extra room in behind to allow for hose connections.

I found this washer uses very little water in comparison to others. Hope that helps. It's just enough to wet the clothes and rince them.

It comes in on the low end of the energy star rating. I didn't find a washer that used less energy than this one when I was comparing. I have just started using it today so don't know the monthly energy use, but I assume this is going to be less than my old washer

That will depend on what temperature your hot water is at your location. It's using your hot water tank temperature.
