Natural corrugated sheet is not clear but will let light through.

I just picked up the Natural, it isn't clear, more like frosted - it would let light in if you were to use it for a greenhouse.

There is no really good way to glue corrugated sheet to metal roofing. Your best bet is to use the following glue:
