For painted surfaces, window cleaner works great. for the stainless surfaces, most stainless steel cleaners would work fine, or in a pinch wd-40 is good.
for the inside of the bbq, use only heat (pre-heat for at least 10 minutes), and burn off the grills when done cooking. Don't use chemicals inside the grill or cooking surface. A good stainless bristle brush to brush off the resulting ash and a periodical vacuum inside, and you'll be in good shape.
