If the place of origin matters to you, check the box carefully. Many are made in China. Others are made in Canada or the US with Chinese parts. Some are all-North American. Some used to be North-American, but were recently outsourced to Asia. I met some store employees who were misled by the manufacturer into thinking all of their products were Canadian-made.

Yes, definitely large enough for 1 or 2 chickens. A smaller turkey, around 10lbs would probably work.

yes, there is a drip tray to handle all of the drippings and grease. it requires periodical cleaning.

For painted surfaces, window cleaner works great. for the stainless surfaces, most stainless steel cleaners would work fine, or in a pinch wd-40 is good.

for the inside of the bbq, use only heat (pre-heat for at least 10 minutes), and burn off the grills when done cooking. Don't use chemicals inside the grill or cooking surface. A good stainless bristle brush to brush off the resulting ash and a periodical vacuum inside, and you'll be in good shape.
