How easy is this to repair? Also where can I find a breakdown and parts list for the faucte? I tried to find a breakdown of the faucet and could not find one, nor could I find anyplace that has the parts

If you need a breakdown of parts;you will have to contact the us @ 1-888-733-3733 . Parts are not sold anywhere for this faucet. If by chance something were to go wrong and you need replacement parts; you would have to contact us.

Can you take the riser out to make this shorter?
I'd like to mount this faucet right on the basin, but 12.5 inches is way too tall for that. I was wondering if maybe I could remove a section of the tall part to install it at a different height
