Only in the promo kit PS1203035K that the thermostat is included. All other models need to buy thermostat seperately.

It needs to Laminate or Stratified wood floors, glued or floating. You also need a concrete sub floor ( no plywood or ciment board) to make it work, need to use 4 inch spacing.
No natural hardwood, just Stratified or laminated.
