I want to lay laminate flooring on a concrete slab floor with quiet walk underlayment. Do I lay the laminate underlay over or under this product?

For this type of installation you would first have to install the cables on the slab, then use a polymer-modified self-leveling cement, then you underlay, and now you are ready to put down the laminate. I hope this helps.

The PS1203304 cable has an output of 912 watts and draws 7.60 amps.
