Yes, the swing has the chain connected to the swivel with a C clip that can be disconnected.

No, we do not recommend installation indoors, it is only safety tested and designed to be used on a swing beam.

There are warranties on this item, just contact the manufacturer and they will replace it for you. The Customer Service line for Swing N Slide is 800-888-1232.

The tire swing has a 5 year warranty so if you phone 1-800-888-1232 they will be able to send out the parts to replace the rope. I hope this helps.
