How many are in the package?
The description does not say if you get one strap, or two. I'm assuming two, as one is useless, but would like clarification.

Yep, one would be pointless and useless, so they are packaged in packs of two.

The straps at full length are about 9'4", therefore adjustable to about 48". I hope this helps.
