For the Wet-Look Sealer, I can suggest that they let the surface dry for three full days. If after three days the white or milky color does not begin to fade, than apply denatured alcohol to the areas. Denatured alcohol may be applied by forming small circles until the milky appearance disappears. Keep a damp cloth handy to wipe off the surface. This will remove the top layer and allow the moisture trapped inside to escape. Hopefully this will allow the sealer to dry and lose the white or milky streaks.
Should this not help or the areas are too widespread, then the only solution would be to strip the entire area and re-apply the sealer. You can use Behr No. 992 Concrete and Masonry Stripper to remove this coating. However if there is a colored coating on, mixed in, or around the concrete the stripper will also remove that. To avoid that we would recommend using a Soy or Citrus based Stripper. Just make sure when you are applying the stripping agent that they follow label instructions carefully, paying close attention to spread rate and the time frame needed for the stripping agent to take effect. If you are going to re-apply a sealer, I would recommend that you use a high quality sprayer and back roll the sealer to avoid it pooling. If you choose to roll it on, make sure to apply in thin coats and work per label instructions. This will help to avoid future problems.
