PREPARATION† (The following steps are recommended for best results.)
New concrete must cure for a minimum of 30 days. For proper penetration and adhesion of sealer on new or smooth concrete floors, use BEHR® NO.991CONCRETE & MASONRY CLEANER/ETCHER to clean and etch the surface. Follow all label instructions. Use BEHR NO. 990 CONCRETE & MASONRY CLEANER/DEGREASER to clean previously coated surface in sound condition. Scrape and remove any loose or peeling coating. To completely strip the surface use BEHR N0. 992 CONCRETE & MASONRY PAINT STRIPPER. Follow all label instructions. Scrape and remove any loose or peeling coating.
DRY TIME Dries to touch in 1 hour. Longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and in higher humidity. Floors may be subjected to light foot traffic after 24 hours. Allow 72 hours before repositioning furniture or subjecting surface to heavy foot or automotive traffic. Park tires on corrugated cardboard for 14 days after applying product. Wait at least 30 days before cleaning with a mild, non-abrasive liquid detergent.

The Wet Look Sealer No. 98505 has a spread rate of 150-400 sq. feet depending on the surface texture. We recommend waiting 4 hours before recoating.

This product will dry clear and will give a glossy finish. Hope this helps.

Behr's Wet-Look Sealer No. 985 covers 150-400 sq. ft. per gallon. A 5 gallon container will cover 750-2,000 sq. ft.

If by finished you mean sealed, then the answer is no. While the Wet-Look can be applied over previously stained or painted finishes it cannot be applied over a surface that has been watersealed.

Behr's Wet-Look Sealer can be applied over a previous water based coating that is clean and in sound condition. If the coating is not a water based coating or is in poor condition stripping would be necessary.

To apply the Wet-Look Sealer you can use a nylon/polyester brush, 10-13 mm nap roller, high quality pad applicator or a high quality pump sprayer with an adjustable tip. If
sprayed, backroll for uniform thickness.

Behr's Wet-Look Sealer can be applied over stamped concrete that is properly prepared. This sealer is a film forming product that will become slippery when wet.

Behr's Wet-Look Sealer will appear milky in the container but will dry to a clear finish. To assure proper adhesion we recommend following the label instructions.

Unfortunately, Behr currently does not manufacture a Non-Skid Additive that can be mixed with clear finishes or a skid resistant clear finish.
