The website doesn't show eco fees but these fees are being charged on hundreds of items by Home Depot stores in Ontario. How can a customer decide what the best price is if eco fees are not shown/? Some retailers are not passing on the eco fees to customers.

Is there a store or depot that sells Co2 fire extinguishers? I don''t see them available to the public but we had them in one of the building we owned several yrs ago. (until someone stole it to cool down their beer) Any help would be greatly appreciated.
