The EQG660D is the perfect panel to be used in conjunction with any generator, whether bonded or unbonded. With a little more capacity than its sister the EQG630D, it can handle up to 60 amps and provide for a maximum of 12 individual circuits. Simply open the panel door and transfer power from your existing supply to your portable generator. Choose which important circuits will have dedicated and continuous power.

Yes, the breakers will fit. However they are listed for use in CH panels, not Siemens and thus should not be used. You should install Siemens breakers.

Unfortunately, it is not recommended to use anything other than a Siemens breaker in this panel as it will void your warranty. I hope this helps.

Yes. There is a safety interlock to prevent both breakers from being on at the same time.

By safety I’m going to assume you mean “interlock” which automatically changes the position of the breakers when manually switched on or off. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can change the 60 amp breaker to a 20 or a 30 amp breaker as long as it is a Siemens plug in Q type breaker. I hope this helps.

i need to download instruction manual for house generator panel
it is a siemens generator panel installed in my basement to receive input from a Briggs and Stratton generator.

I was not given a booklet with the generator panel and need to know the sequence of how to switch from usual electricity to input from the generator plugged into the side of the house.
