Question
Need a metal roof seam sealer for winter application, and seam tape too?
As snow melts under the roof's the snow cover it sit's on my metal roof with a nearly flat slope. The water crept into the seams and froze, expanded, etc... until now where I have frozen water going under the entire visible seam ends and melting out through the inside.

This product should work for you. DAP® BUTYL-FLEX® Gutter and Flashing Sealant is a long-lasting sealant formulated from high quality butyl rubber. Forms a watertight seal against air and moisture. Remains flexible to resist cracking and crumbling due to temperature extremes, weathering or shock. No painting required. I hope this helps.

Question
can you put on gutter caulk or sealant when there is water in the gutter or do you have to wait until the gutter dries completely before putting it on
my gutters are leaking where one corner joins another. I want to put gutter sealant on but if I have to wait for the gutters to dry out I will have to wait until summer.
