There's really not enough information to answer this question with certainty. It may work for you. If you try it, be sure the surface you are caulking with GE Silicone is clean and dry when you apply it. If you get good adhesion to the problem area, it may work, as silicone can create a waterproof seal.

Question
Can I use this to seal large/long cracks in a concrete (unheated)garage floor
Is there anything liquid (less expensive) that I can pour into the crack that will solidify and then expand/contract as the crack does, prior to putting on the Concrete & Masonry Sealant?

If the crack is wider than 1/2" x 1/2" , you can use an inexpensive molded foam backer rod, to stuff in the crack. That will form a less deep space to lay the caulking. As long as the gap is clean & dry, the Silicone II should adhere to both sides of the gap, and expand and contract as the crack moves. Silicone II will remain pernanently flexible. Rolls of foam backer rod would be sold near the concrete or weather stripping area at Home Depot. Backer rod looks like a roll of grey rope. Hope that helps.

Yes, GE Silicone II, Concrete & Masonry, will work like a silicone tub caulk for this application. It will remain flexible and not dry out or crack. Be sure to remove all the old grout, and make sure the surface (tile and counter top) are clean & dry, before you apply the silicone.

To leave a clean caulk line on the tile/counter, you may wish to first lay down straight strips of blue masking tape, above the below the caulk line. Then caulk, smooth the wet silicone, and immeadately remove the tape.
