It has a 3 year warranty - you can have it repaired through the manufacturer (located in Woodbridge, ON). You would have to send it in to them.

It depends on your recipe - You can check the instruction booklet online for this on the manufacturer's website - you will see a chart with the different recipes and cycles and the estimated time for each loaf size. cuisinart.ca
