The size of the duct connector is 6", you would need to use ducting for this not a dryer exhaust hose. I hope this helps.

The exhaust for this unit is through a side duct and yes there is a duct reducer available. Please visit your local Home Depot store as the reducer is only sold in store. I hope this helps.
