The temperature mixing valve base is stripped and will not stay tight, also my unit is a brushed nickel look. Where can I get parts?

You will be using either a 5/32 or 7/64 key to tighten the set screw.

Question
Can't get our Moen single handle faucet to come off its base. Have removed the screw but it will not pull apart... Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Repair
Water flow from faucet very restricted sometimes no water for a while then starts - sprayer no flow but drips constantly. Could this be a Cartridge problem? Maybe a small stone?
