The pewter contains tin and lead. It is about 100 years old.

This product is only for use on porcelain,chrome,stainless steel and aluminum. If you choose to still use this product we do recommend that you spot check a small inconspicuous area before use.

I am not sure on what you mean by Minerals, but CLR can be used to clean calcium,lime & rust deposits from a dishwasher & washing machine.
Run the empty machine without any detergent up to main wash cycle.Stop machine & add in one-half cup CLR finish cycle. Run one additional full cycle (wash & rinse) with water only to rinse machine fully.
