I have installed one of these - and when I turn on the water for the tub, water also comes out of the shower head. I double checked all my connections, redid them, swapped out the diverter, and still the same problem. It was suggestewd to me that I might have to turn down the amount of water going to the fixtuyre - which is pretty ridiculous if I want any sort of presure in the shower head.
